1. A cup of water

2. 1/1.5 teaspoon/s of loose lavender tea leaves

3. A saucepan/kettle

Process- 

1. Start by boiling the water in a saucepan/kettle

2. Keep a teaspoon of lavender tea leaves ready in your cup or teapot

3. As soon as the water comes to a boil, pour it into your cup/teapot

4. Give some time for the leaves to infuse (approx 10-15 minutes)

5. Make use of an external/internal strainer to strain the liquid into your teacup
